Ruth Ann holds an MSc in Psychotherapy and is a fully accredited member of IACP.

Ruth Ann has studied various theories and approaches to psychotherapy and has a broad range of therapeutic experience. She has developed therapeutic and professional development programmes that are used within the National Health Service. She has lectured in DCU and has presented her research on childhood abuse at The Society for the Exploration of Psychotherapy Integration (SEPI).

She works with people to help them explore and understand their past and present experiences as individuals and within their relationships. Ruth Ann holds a space for others so they can find ways to tell and get to know better their authentic self.

Ruth Ann has particular expertise in anxiety, and other mood disorders, relationship and family issues, trauma, sexual and gender identity, disordered eating and LGBTQI+ issues.

Services include Psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and older adolescences, both in person and online/via phone.
